Fixing your feet is not difficult, but it does take some time to think differently about your feet, what you put on them, and how you move through life.  As Gray Cook says – first move well, THEN move often – not the other way around.  If your feet aren’t strong and flexible, then you are missing a big trick in moving better and with less pain.

What you put on your feet MATTERS

If you’re suffering with foot pain, bunions, plantar fasciitis, ingrowing toenails, tight calf muscles, sore back, stiff hips, collapsed arches and dodgy knees, chances are you can save yourself some pain and surgery by sorting out your footwear.
