If you’re at that stage in life when the children are grown (or nearly), have some aches and niggles, feet that are either sore or starting to sprout bunions, a pelvic floor that simply won’t stop dribbling then I’m here to show you how to sort it.  I want to give you back your body, a strong, resilient, capable body that’s balanced and pain free and which will move you through the rest of your life with ease.  I want you to be amazed at what your body is able to do, how strong it can be and how much you can accomplish with it, whether that’s running long distances, improving your hobbies and sports or getting to and from the floor to play with your future or current grandchildren.

Teaching Better Movement One usually barefoot Step at a Time

I am a creative movement teacher and I lure unsuspecting ladies (and some gents) into my Pilates studio and online courses and sessions and then teach them all sorts of tips, tricks, exercises and movement habits that transform their lives, pain and movement for the better.  I work predominantly with peri and post-menopausal women who are realising that their current exercise regime isn’t working, who are wondering where their ass went, why they appear to be expanding in the middle and who are experiencing pelvic floor or other pelvis related issues or other pain.  I have a special interest in running and helping women keep running better, longer and reduce or prevent injuries.
